1. To take part in Presenter Quest you must be a registered UK customer of galabingo.com.  
2. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

4. Presenter Quest auditions will take place on Saturday 3rd September, 10th September, 17th September, 24th September, 1st October and 8th October.
5. To take part in an audition you must be over 25 years of age, be available between 10pm and 11pm on the above dates, have a ‘Skype’ account and webcam and must email your Skype and galabingo.com username to studio@galabingo.com by 8th October 2011.
6. One entry per person only. Any customers found to be operating multiple galabingo.com accounts in this promotion will be disqualified; evidence of additional galabingo.com accounts being opened will not be eligible for entry, and will be closed accordingly.
7. Each week 3 contestants from the list of entrants will be randomly selected to appear in that Saturdays audition and they will be contacted via Skype in order to appear on the show between 10pm and 11pm.
8. The contestants will then get the opportunity to present the show via Skype for 1 – 2 minutes.
9. After the appearances, the screen names of all 3 contestants will be placed in a poll on our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/mygalabingo for 5 days. The contestant with the most votes at 3pm on the Friday after the audition will be declared that week’s winner.
10. Winners from 3rd, 10th and 17th September win a place in the semi-final 1 on Saturday 29th October. Winners from 24th September, 1st October and 8th October win a place in semi-final 2 on 5th November.
11. Each semi-final will contain 3 winners from the auditions who will be contacted via Skype in exactly the same way as the auditions with finalists being found via Facebook votes.
12. A poll will be placed on the Facebook page for each semi-final, and will run until 3pm on the Friday following each semi.
13. If an audition winner is unable to attend the semi-final event they have won through to then every attempt will be made to swap with an audition winner in the other semi-final. If no swap can be found then the audition winner who cannot attend their semi-final will forfeit their place in the competition as not more than 3 contestants will take place in either semi-final, and the next eligible entrant will be selected from their audition.
14. The winner of each semi-final will qualify for the final on Saturday 26th November that will take place at the Gala TV studio in Battersea, London.
15. Finalists will be contacted by Monday 14th November 2011 to confirm final details. Please make sure that your contact details are up to date and current.
16. A finalists place cannot be sold or traded and is not transferable – if a semi-final winner cannot attend the final, or cannot be contacted by the time of final, then the contestant who finished second in that particular semi-final vote will be offered the place in the final. If the second placed semi-final contestant can also not attend the final then the second placed finisher in the other semi-final will be offered the place. If this contestant can also not attend then the sole finalist will be declared the winner by default.
17. By entering this promotion, all entrants and finalists consent to use his/her name and image for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
18. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or refuse all future promotions to players who do not comply with these conditions.
19. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the promoter and partners in this promotion accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment caused by or to entrants or their guest whilst taking (or qualifying for) the prize.
20. Any indecent or offensive behaviour including but not limited to swearing during any appearance on Gala TV will not be tolerated. The promoter accepts no liability for these actions live on Gala TV and will take any steps which it deems appropriate in these circumstances, including the ability to exclude entrants from this process.
21. The promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for the failure of any third party to fulfill its contractual obligations in relation to this offer.

23. Events may occur that render the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and accordingly the promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the promoter as a result thereof.

Finalist T&CS

1. Each finalist (+1 guest each) will be supplied with standard rail travel to and from the studio and overnight accommodation of the promoter’s choice on Saturday 26th November. The accommodation will be either a double or a twin based on two people sharing.
2. Entrants/Finalists must be aged over 25 and guests must be over aged 18. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of the prize until such proof of eligibility and identity has been confirmed or if such proof is not provided on request to disqualify the finalist from the promotion and the next eligible entrant will be selected.
3. It is the sole responsibility of the finalists and guests to ensure they arrive in time for arranged travel and Gala TV appearance. The promoter accepts no liability whatsoever for the failure of the finalists or their guests to comply with this term.
4. Upon their arrival at the studio on the afternoon of 26th November, the finalists will be given expert mentoring in live television presenting. They will also receive a professional makeover prior to the final.
5. The final will take place live on-air between 7pm and 9pm with each finalist presenting the show for a total of 60 minutes. Each finalist will be scored out of 10 by a panel of 3 industry expert judges. The contestant who has the highest total score will be declared the winner.
6. The winner will receive a Presenter Quest 2011 trophy and £500 of withdrawable galabingo.com credit (crediting may take up to 72 hours).
7. In the event of a tie the prize money will be split and both contestants will receive a Presenter Quest 2011 trophy.
8. All other general terms and conditions regarding carriage or stay are dictated by the travel and accommodation providers.
9. Fulfillment of the prize is subject to travel and accommodation availability and restrictions.
10. The finalists and their guests are responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to travel, medical costs, insurance, meals, refreshments, spending money and any other incidental expenses which are not included as part of this final unless otherwise stated.
11. There is NO cash alternative at any stage of this promotion.
12. The promoter is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of any element of the prize, or the inability of the finalists or their guests to take up the prize.
