Mini Promotion Terms & Conditions:

1. This promotion is only available to Gala customers who play for real on www.Galabingo.co.uk and have logged in and bought at least one ticket to participate in the ‘Mini Mania’ game. The game will commence at 10pm on Saturday 19th August 2006. Numbers will be limited for this promotion on a first come first served basis at the discretion of the Club Manager therefore to ensure your participation into the game in time we advise you are logged in at least 15 minutes prior to the start.
2. Entry into the "Mini Mania" game is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. The winner will be contacted by telephone/e-mail and confirmation details will be dispatched following confirmation of the postal address. Failure to confirm postal address will result in the Mini or any cash alternative being forfeited.
4. The Mini (model type ‘Mini One’) will be subject to availability and in the event of non availability for any reason, whatsoever or, outside the control of the Promoter; the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar monetary value, as may be determined by the Promoter, at the sole discretion of the Promoter. In the event of more than one winner, the prize will be the cash sum mentioned in part 7. The cash sum shall be divided equally between the winners.
5. Upon receipt of the transfer document signed by the Promoter or such other third party supplier and the winner, the Mini becomes the property of the winner and it will be the winner’s responsibility to arrange all appropriate insurance and road taxes prior to collection.
6. The winner will collect the Mini from a place and time specified by the Promoter.
7. The winner may request a cash sum of £10,000 as an alternative prize to the Mini.
8. The Mini winner may be required to complete and return a form by fax or post to Gala Bingo to confirm their eligibility (e.g. proof of age, residence). If the winner fails to collect their prize within the time stated to them or is found to be ineligible for any reason they will forfeit the Mini or cash prize. 
9. This promotion is only open to residents of those countries or states where Gala Bingo accepts customers and is subject to Gala Bingo’s full Terms and Conditions.
10. If the winner is located outside the British Isles cash prize shall be provided in place of the Mini.
11. By accepting the prize, the customer consents to use his/her name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By acceptance of his/her winnings, the customer acknowledges compliance with all the rules herein.
12. GalaBingo.co.uk disclaims any liability for inaccurate information, whether caused by the website, users, equipment used in the promotion, or by human or technical errors related to the submission of entries.
13. Galabingo.co.uk may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or these terms and conditions prior to the cessation of the promotion for any reason, including for technical reasons such as computer viruses, bugs, tampering or technical failures.
14. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which are governed by Gibraltar law.
15. Galabingo.co.uk and all entrants irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the promotion and submit all such disputes to the jurisdiction of the English courts, provided that for the exclusive benefit of the Galabingo.co.uk, Galabingo.co.uk shall retain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country of an entrant's residence.
16. Entry is not open to employees and families of employees of the Gala Coral group of Companies, their agents or anyone connected with this competition.
17. Entrants must be aged 18.
