Under the Community tab you will find three ways to invite someone to be your Win Buddies. 

1. Invite your Roomies
2. Invite your Buddies
3. Search Users

If you are in the same chat room as the person you wish to invite to your Windicate simply go to your Roomies list and click on the invite symbolnext to their name.

Inviting Buddies works in exactly the same way by going to the Buddies list and clicking on invite.

If the person you wish to invite is not one of your Roomies or Buddies then you can invite them by clicking on Search Users at the bottom of the Community tab of your bingo games as shown above.

Simply;

1. Enter the screen name of the person you wish to invite on the screen shown below;



2. Check you have the right person and click on “Find Player”.
3. On the next screen check that the name is correct and click on Invite.

If you don’t know the full name of the person you wish to invite then you can use our close search facility;

1. Click on the close search option.
2. Enter the start of the screen name of the person you wish to invite.  You must provide at least 3 characters of their chat name.  For common names then you may be prompted to provide more characters to improve your search.
3. Click on Find Player and you will be given a list of possible matches (or will be asked to provide more characters at the start of their chat name).
4. Select the person you wish to invite from the list of users and click on Invite.

FAQs

• I can’t find the person I want to invite when I use Search Users.
• The person you are looking for might have opted out from this facility – see Community Features Configuration.  

Windicates has introduced three new features and you can set these up easily at any time through the Cashier under the Community Features tab as shown below.

In order to change any of these options simply change the setting and click on Update.

Be notified of Windicate wins by email
When your friend wins a Windicate game we will send you an email letting you know.

Be notified of Windicate wins by SMS
When your friend wins a Windicate game we will send you an SMS letting you know.
Note that SMS messages will not be sent during antisocial hours

Allow galabingo.co.uk players to search for my chat name so they can invite me to their Windicate.
This will allow your friends to invite you to their Windicate if you are not online.

FAQ
Q)  I have subscribed in the Cashier to be told of a Windicate win by SMS but I am not receiving my messages.
A1)  Check you have the correct mobile number.  Go to Update Details in the Cashier and click on Personal Details to check the mobile number we will send your SMS to.
A2)  You may have opted out from receiving SMS Messages using an automated “Reply stop”.  Please contact Customer Services in order to assist if you wish to change this.

Q)  I have subscribed in the Cashier to be told of a Windicate win by email but I am not receiving my messages.
A1)  Check you have the correct email address.  Go to Update Details in the Cashier and click on Personal Details to check the email address we will send your SMS to.
A2)  You may have opted out from receiving emails from us using the automated unsubscribe link.  Please contact Customer Services in order to assist if you wish to change this.
