Each Club has different Chat rooms, so while playing bingo you can chat with your buddies or make new friends.   
There should be a Chat Moderator in the first room of each club, however they do change rooms to keep an eye on as much of the site as possible. Each room will hold up to 75 people chatting, so if a particular room is full there should always be space for you in another room in the club.

If a club is about to close while you are chatting you will be warned by a pop-up message on your screen. You will then have the time to arrange to meet your buddies in a different club or you may keep chatting until you decide to logout. However, once the club has closed no games will be offered until the club reopens. 

All the Chat Room options are available for you at the bottom of the Chat window. You can change your font size, choose the colour your chat appears and choose who to talk to and who not.

Click on the Ignore all icon to ignore all users (excluding Moderators). The green tick changes to a red cross.  To include all users, click the Include all icon – the red cross will change back to green tick.

Add/Remove Buddy
To add a buddy to your Buddy list, highlight the user you wish to add and click on the Add Buddy icon. The area on the right of the Chat window will switch from the Users to the Buddies list. The plus sign on the icon will change to a minus.

While inside the Buddy list, to remove a buddy from you list, highlight the buddy and click the Remove Buddy icon - the minus sign will change back to a plus.

Ignore/Include user
To ignore a user in a chat room, highlight their nickname in the list and click on the Ignore icon. An Ignore icon will appear by the side of their nickname – this will remain after you have logged out and will reappear when you log in again (whenever that user is online).
Please note: when you chose to ignore a user you are only hiding their chat messages on your screen, but they can still see anything you post.

To include a user you previously chose to ignore, highlight their nickname and click on the Ignore icon (at bottom of chat area) – the Ignore icon next to their nickname will disappear.

Invite user to a private chat
To invite a user(s) to a private chat, highlight the users nickname and click the on the Invite icon. As the host, you will be moved to a new room that will have your nickname. A message will be posted to the user(s) asking them to accept your invitation. As the user(s) accept they will join you in your room.
Once all users have left the private chat room, it will close automatically.
