We are improving and adding new features to our Bingo Clubs to make sure you experience more fun play every day.
The new Clubs now look like this:-

By clicking on the What's Next tab, as well as all the details on the next seven games in the club you're in, you will find out what exciting games are coming up in all the other clubs. For each game type selected - 90, 80 and 75 ball - you will see the list of clubs, number of players in each club, starting time and ticket price. The What's Next window looks like this:-
We have tidied-up the Chat area. Now it looks like this:- Your Avatar appears in the right-hand side of the Chat area above the list of Roomies and Buddies. You can choose to personalise your avatar by clicking on the Preferences tab.
All the Chat Room options are available for you at the bottom of the Chat window. You can change your font size and colour and choose from a variety of emoticons.
In the Community area you can now find the new Windicate feature that enables you to choose up to 5 bingo buddies, who will receive 50p each time you win a Full House in our special Windicate games.
The Roomies or Buddies you select must accept your invite to join your Windicate group to receive their 50p. However, you are free to remove any one of them whenever you choose. In the same way you may accept invites from other players and join their Windicate group, and you will receive 50p every time the Windicate group owner wins a Full House. The Community area looks like this:-
Your Windicate group, by default, is the same as your ScreenName. You can change the name of your Windicate group by typing the new name in the Windicate Name box, and clicking on Change. To add your Buddies to your Windicate group, click on Buddies to display the relevant list. Click on the green (+) button next to the name to add your Buddy to your Windicate group. Your Buddy will appear in the list of Win Buddies on the left hand side of your screen. From the Community area, you can also Share the Fun!
Click on the icon in the bottom left hand corner of the Community area, and send us the names and e-mail addresses of up to five of your friends. For each one of them who opens an account with Galabingo.co.uk we will give you £10. And of course, we will also give your friend £10!
The messaging alerts keep you up to date with our latest promotions and games. When you receive a message, a pop-up will appear in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. You can open it in two ways: either click on the pop-up, or click on My Messages tab. The My Messages window looks like this:-
Your messages will appear in a list. The icon next to each message tells you what type of message it is (promotion, tip, game play etc.). To open your messages click on the green arrow button. To delete them, click on the trash can.

The options to buy your Bingo tickets haven't changed. You can still chose between Select and Buy and Quick Buy. The layout of the Bingo Tickets area however has slightly changed.
To choose your own tickets, rather than accept the random selection made by the system, inside the Ticket area click at the side of the ticket you want where it says Available. To select a strip click at the top of the strip next to the strip ID number. When you click on a strip or ticket the Select and Buy window will automatically open. The Select and Buy window looks like this: -
You may continue to select your tickets from the Ticket area up to the maximum number allowed in the game. The maximum number of tickets you can buy is clearly indicated in the Select and Buy window. If at any point in the ticket selection process you are not happy with the displayed tickets you can look at different sets of tickets by clicking on the Change Tickets button inside the Select and Buy window. Only the tickets you haven't already selected will change. The details of your selection (maximum tickets allowed, price of each ticket, number of selected tickets and total price) will be updated below as you make your selections. You may deselect unwanted tickets by clicking on each one again. To deselect all tickets, click on Clear inside the Select and Buy window and start a new selection. When you click on Cancel you close the Select & buy window. Confirmed tickets - i.e. purchased tickets - cannot be changed or cancelled. Please note: ticket sales close 12 seconds before each game. A message will inform you that the ticket sales are closed. Just a few seconds later, however, tickets for the next game will be made available.
To have you tickets chosen randomly for you, rather than selecting them one by one, click on the Quick Buy tab to open the Quick Buy window. The Quick Buy window looks like this:-
Use the arrow buttons to select the number of strips or tickets you wish to buy. The details of your selection (maximum tickets allowed, price of each ticket, number of selected tickets and total price) will be updated below as you make your selections. To deselect all tickets, click on Clear inside the Quick Buy window and start a new selection. When you click on Cancel you close the Quick Buy window. If you are happy with your selection, click on Purchase inside the Quick Buy window. The confirmation window will open. Confirmed tickets - i.e. purchased tickets - cannot be changed or cancelled. Please note: ticket sales close 12 seconds before each game. A message will inform you that the ticket sales are closed. Just a few seconds later, however, tickets for the next game will be available.
If you wish to buy tickets for future draws in any available club, click on the Advanced Tickets tab to open the Advanced Tickets window.The Advanced Tickets window looks like this: -
Once you have clicked on the Advanced Tickets tab, select the type of game you wish to play and the club of your choice.
