Once you have opened an account with GalaBingo you will find it is very easy to manage. To access all your account holder options you will need to login and select the functions you require from the Account Options dropdown menu.

DEPOSIT MONEY

To deposit money into your account you may use any of the available methods listed below.
To make a deposit simply login to your account, select Deposit from the Account Options dropdown menu and choose the payment method more convenient for you.

Please note: funds may be deposited directly only into your Bingo balance. To transfer funds into your Lotto balance you must use the Cashier.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept payments with MASTERCARD and VISA cards.
Please note that withdrawal requests made by account holders depositing from a credit card will be credited back to the same card. However, depending on your account history, we reserve the right to return funds to, or split returns between previously registered cards in accordance with our current security policy and banking regulations.

DEBIT CARDS

We accept Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo and some Electron cards (depending upon the issuer). Please note that withdrawal requests made by account holders depositing from a debit card will be credited back to the same card. Verified by Visa payments

All Visa payments through our site are now capable of utilising the additional security offered by the Verified by Visa service. If your Credit/Debit card issuer is enrolled, there will be one extra step when you make a payment, where they will ask you to confirm the details so that they can guarantee the payment is valid.

QUICK PAY
You can make your payment from any Quick Pay Agency. Ask for a Quick Pay form and fill it in:

After you have made your payment send our Customer Services an e-mail stating the 10 digit reference number (MTCN) as well as the amount deposited.

Please note Quick Pay charges vary according to the amount of money transferred and will be met by the client.

WITHDRAW MONEY

To make a withdrawal request, simply login to your account and select Withdraw from the Account Options dropdown menu. Choose the withdrawal method you prefer and complete the form as requested. Your money should be with you within 2-10 working days of your request being processed.
Requests will be processed only if all previous payments have been cleared and credited into our bank accounts.

Please note: funds may be withdrawn directly only from your Bingo balance. Any funds in your Lotto balance must first be transferred to your Bingo balance using the Cashier.

VIEW YOUR STATEMENT

To view your statement simply login to your account and select Statement from the Account Options menu.
Withdrawals to Debit/Credit cards and via Bank Transfer will show on your bank statement as being received from Gala Coral.
Withdrawals via Quick Pay will show as being received from Brickagent UK Ltd.

LIST YOUR RECENT BETS

To view your list of bets simply login to your account and select List of bets from the Account Options menu.

CHARGES

We do not charge for deposits by Bank Transfer, Debit or Credit cards although customers should note that some Credit Card Companies categorise betting transactions as 'cash' and may levy a fixed and/or interest charge from the date of payment.

Withdrawals to UK Debit and Credit cards and via Bank Transfer to UK bank accounts are also free of charge to customers (we absorb these).

Please note however that where customers make repeated deposits and withdrawals without commensurate play, we reserve the right to pass these charges on to the customer's account without prior notice.

Withdrawals via Bank Transfer to International bank accounts and all Quick Pay payments (deposits and withdrawals) attract Bank/Quick Pay charges, which may vary according to the amount of money transferred and are met by the customer.
