Entry into this promotion is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
This promotion is only open to residents of those countries or states where Gala Bingo accepts customers and is subject to Gala Bingo’s full Terms and Conditions located at www.galabingo.com/gb/20/help/account/terms.html.
The games will be played on Wednesday 1st, Wednesday 8th, Wednesday 15th, Wednesday 22nd and Wednesday 29th July 2009.
The price to play is 15p per ticket on each game, and all prize winners will be a Full House winner only.
In the event of more than one Full House prize winner in any one game a cash prize alternative will be split evenly between the winners.
The full house winner will receive a luxury picnic hamper including luxury food and wine.
The winner will be contacted by a Gala representative within 7 days of winning the prize.
When contacted by a Gala representative the successful winner must (1) confirm all their details on account are correct, and (2) confirm they wish to accept the prize or the cash alternative.
If the winner confirms they accept the prizes above, Gala will arrange to contact the winner at a suitable occasion to arrange all the details of the event.
By accepting the prize, the customer consents to use his/her name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By acceptance of his/her winnings, the customer acknowledges compliance with all the rules herein.
Gala Bingo and their agents do not accept responsibility for the failure of any third party to fulfil its contractual obligations in relation to this offer.
In the event of non-availability for any reason of any prize, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of similar monetary value, as may be determined by us, at our sole discretion.
The prize must be fulfilled within 3 months of the closing date.
